Your opportunity to own an amazing downtown property right in the heart of the historic business area and just a few blocks to DePauw University's campus. The print shop building has a new roof with the ground floor including the lobby, office, bathroom, and a massive open space with a drive-in overhead door. The walk-out basement includes large storage rooms with an overhead door, a dark room, office space and a bathroom.
